LEAD International exists to help people change their lives. We believe in making a life commitment rather than a term based project commitment. We seek to support nationals impacting and reaching their own communities. We bring expertise but recognize that nationals are also experts on their people, their culture, and that they alone are the owners of the projects they lead. We rely upon the input, open questioning, challenges, and ideas of the people we partner with.

LEAD works to break the cycle of poverty.

LEAD International assists missionaries Will and Ilma Brown who have opened a clinic and adopted children from the village. The Browns have faced tremendous loss and yet continue live and serve in this Fula community. Today, a small number of Fula believers, once outcasts from the village, have become an integral part of the community. LEAD has provided medical resources and financial assistance to the Browns and to the village.
